Shipping Regions

NYX51 currently ships to:

  • Domestic (China): All provinces (mainland only, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

  • International: Qatar, UAE, and South Africa via third-party logistics partners.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • China Domestic:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (SF Express, JD Logistics).

    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies).

  • International (Qatar, UAE, South Africa):

    • DHL, FedEx, or Aramex (transit times vary by destination).

Returns & Lost Packages

  • Damaged/Missing Items? Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • China Domestic: Free return shipping for defective items.

  • International: Return shipping paid by buyer (unless NYX51 error).
